Staffing Coordinator, Commission Only (Cumming/Dawsonville, GA)

The role

This is a commission-only seat. There is no base salary and no draw. You are paid on what closes, with no cap. If that is not the arrangement you are looking for, stop reading here rather than spending an hour on an interview. We would rather tell you now than at the offer.

You would keep clinical placements running for Engaged Headhunters: scheduling, credentialing, compliance, and onboarding for the clinicians we place with senior care, post-acute, and home health operators.

What you will do

Handle scheduling, credentialing, and compliance for placed clinicians.
Run onboarding so a new hire starts on the day everyone agreed.
Be the person the clinician and the operator both call when something moves.

What you need

Healthcare operations, credentialing, or scheduling experience you can talk through.
Enough runway to work a commission-only seat while a pipeline builds. This is a real consideration and worth being honest with yourself about.
Comfort working independently. The role is remote and nobody is going to stand over you.

Compensation

Commission only. No base, no draw. Uncapped.
Tied to the placements you keep running. If you want the exact mechanic before applying, call and ask. We will tell you.
The rate and the payment schedule are set out in writing before you start, not after.
