Manufacturing Division Manager (OSA SKID)

Job Title: Manufacturing Division Manager (OSA SKID)\nReports to: Senior Vice President/CEO\nLocation: Portland, OR (97210)\n\nSummary:\nThe leader will progressively assume responsibility for build sequence, takt time, station design, and daily production control, supported by EC senior management, EFS subject matter experts, and external advisory resources during the implementation phase.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n1. Build sequence, takt time, station design, and daily production control.\n2. Labor planning, crew structure, and shift model as volume ramps.\n3. Work instructions, process discipline, and repeatability across builds.\n4. Material readiness, kitting to station, and replenishment.\n5. Direct leadership of the production organization (supervisors, assembly technicians, material handlers, quality/test).\n6. Integration of IBEW Local 48 electrical craft at defined electrical work-content points.\n7. Heavy skid handling, rigging, load-out, and transport readiness.\n8. Safety ownership in a heavy-load environment.\n\nQualifications:\n- Floor leadership of manufacturing/assembly operations.\n- Production discipline in ramp-up, takt time, labor planning, and shop-floor execution.\n- Union / skilled-trades environment experience strongly preferred.\n- Heavy product experience (rigging, crane operations, oversized handling).\n- Lean / Six Sigma toolkit.
