Healthcare Recruiter, Commission Only (Cumming/Dawsonville, GA)

The role

This is a commission-only seat. There is no base salary and no draw. You are paid on what closes, with no cap. If that is not the arrangement you are looking for, stop reading here rather than spending an hour on an interview. We would rather tell you now than at the offer.

You would run clinical searches for Engaged Headhunters: RN, NP, PT, and OT roles for senior care, post-acute, and home health operators. You own the search end to end rather than passing files down a line.

What you will do

Source, screen, and interview clinicians against live client requisitions.
Own the candidate relationship from first contact through start date.
Keep the operator honest about what the market will actually bear on pay and timeline.

What you need

A recruiting track record you can talk through. Clinical or healthcare desks help but are not required.
Enough runway to work a commission-only seat while a pipeline builds. This is a real consideration and worth being honest with yourself about.
Comfort working independently. The role is remote and nobody is going to stand over you.

Compensation

Commission only. No base, no draw. Uncapped.
Paid on the placements you close.
The rate and the payment schedule are set out in writing before you start, not after.
